Downtown Disney

We stopped by Downtown Disney today.  There is no fee to enjoy the shops and restaurants of this portion of Disney World and it seemed like the perfect way to experience a bit of the Disney atmosphere while enjoying lunch.   All of the theme parks are now over $90 per day per person to visit.  Somehow we could not justify that price even if it may be a long time before we get back here.

The feeling of being in a Disney World park is just as pervasive here and the shopping, dining and awe are just as exhilarating.  We enjoyed the stroll, the views and the experience immensely.   The opportunity to take photos was obvious.  Maybe we will change our minds and come back up while we stay a month in Tampa, but even if we don't we have satisfied our urge to see a theme park.  Universal and the Harry Potter experience is a bigger draw to Jim anyway as he is a huge fan of the Harry Potter series.

So here is a stroll through Downtown Disney...
